Snowden, who lives nearby, also rushed in, and escorted Ferguson to the police station. Mabey, \Ylio is elderly, suffered no injury. In the Police Court, this morning. Andrew Ferguson was charged wirn discharging a double-barrelled shotgun at Charles Thomas Mabey, viih intent to do grievous bodily harm; also with presenting a firearm at Mabey. 1 On the application of the police accused was remanded till August 2.
