GIRL MISSING

From Nelson Creek Since 3 o’clock on Sunday afternoon, a girl has been missing from her home at Nelson Creek, searches made for her in the vicinity by the police and others had, up till •a late hour last night, been resultless. .It is now thought possible that she may be at some other locality. The girl, whose name is Sylvia Fuller, is fifteen years of. age, and she lives with her grandmother, Mrs. Chapman, at Nelson Creek. Search parties have covered a considerable track of the bush country around Nelson Creek, the last one out, two members of the Police Force, have returned last night between 11 p.m. and midnight, without finding any trace of the girl’s whereabouts. The streams nearby were examined, and all likely places in the bush. The absence of any indication of her presence has prompted the conclusion that if a look out were kept by people in other parts of the district, some tidings of the girl might be elicited. Following is a description of Sylvia Fuller: Age, 15 years; height, five feet two inches; complexion, sallow: eyes, blue; hair: fair, thick and wavy, and parted in the middle; build, thick set; weight, about nine stone; clothing, green print dress, with.- white markings, and with a “V” neck of white organdie, and bow at neck; no hat; white sand shoes and white tennis sox.
