Chief Justice’s Decision ON EXPLUSION CASE (Per Press WELLINGTON. September 9. Judgment for £lOO was entered in the Supreme Court this afternoon by the Chief Justice in favour of H. E. Sexton, who claimed £4OO from the Federated Cooks and Stewards’ Union and its secretary ou the ground of unlawful explusion. His Honor made a declaration that Sexton is still a member of the Union, lie held that, as there was no award and no industrial agreement between Union and the Employers’ Federation at the time of Sexton’s alleged offence against the Union rule, he could not be expelled for a breach of such award or agreement.
