STRANDED SHIP

SLIPS OFF REEF. AND SAILS TO SUVA. (Received August 1, at 9.5 p.m.) SUVA, August 1. The steamer lleogh Trader, which for some days was> stranded on Horseshoe eef. has been refloated. The Hoegh Trader arrived here, under her own power, at seven o’clock this evening. She is floating norma ly. The sloop Leitli reports that the Hoegh Trader slipped off the reef this morning. She came off soon after the Leith’s lines were slipped this morning. The lines were slipped because of a danger of tho sloop stranding. An examination yesterday revealed no apparent serious damage to the Heogh Trader. The hull of the vessel was not penetrated. fit was not necessary to use dynamite.
