Embarrassing provincial conferments of honorary citizenships on the Hapsburgs has caused 'the Government to request a discontinuance. It is pointed out that the removal of the. Hapsburg banishment nowise re-opens tho restoration issue. BELGRADE, July 30. Affirming that ho has the support of Czecho-Slovakia and Roumania. President Stoyadinovitch says that he is inflexibly opposed to the return of the Ilanshurgs, about which he has received tranquilising Austrian assurances
