Thomas, P. Betts, L. Hunter, A. Nelson, L. Jackson, C. Fraser, J. Masters O. W. Lovell. W. Kells, W. Ryan, R. Harrington, and the Secretary (Mr W. J. Larcombc). Referees reports .on last Sunday’s matches were received. Mr E. McKane' was re-elected Vice President.

Mr Kiely reported having waiter upon the Cobden Domain Board, in company with Messrs Thomas ano Kells, to discuss the terms for the use of the Domain by the Centre during the season, and it was unanimously agreed to accept the offer submitted by the Board.
