Thomas, P. Betts, L. Hunter, A. Nelson, L. Jackson, C. Fraser, J. Masters O. W. Lovell. W. Kells, W. Ryan, R. Harrington, and the Secretary (Mr W. J. Larcombc). Referees reports .on last Sunday’s matches were received. Mr E. McKane' was re-elected Vice President.

Mr Kiely reported having waiter upon the Cobden Domain Board, in company with Messrs Thomas ano Kells, to discuss the terms for the use of the Domain by the Centre during the season, and it was unanimously agreed to accept the offer submitted by the Board.

Air Fraser reported that Blackball desired to withdraw their junior team, a id raised no objection to the transfers of players to Ngahere. The Junior Advisory Board recoin mended that the following ages an l we ghts be set up for third and lower grade- footballers, viz:—Third grade, under 19 years on April Ist, or 10 stone limit if over 19 years; fourth grade, 17 years, or 7.12 limit; fifth grade. 16 years,, or 7.7 limit; sixth grade. 5.10 limit.
