VICTORIAN CHAMPIONSHIPS. N.S.W. WINS THREE FINALS. MELBOURNE, December 8 Playing brilliant tennis, Crawford (New South Wales) defeated Hopmau in the finals for the Victorian singles champion-hip yesterday 5/7, 6/2, 6/3, 6/4. Crawford and Hopman easily won the men’s doubles championship, defeating Dunlop and Donoghue (N.S.W.) 6/2, 6/1, 6/3. Tn the women’s single championship. Miss Cox (N.S.W.) beat Mrs Harper (Victoria) 6/8, 6/1, 7/6. Tn the women’s doubles championship. Mrs Conway and Miss Cox (N.S.W.) beat Misses Mercer and Lemessurier (South Australia) 6/2, 6/2. Thus the New South Wales players carried all the finals before them.
