MURDERED POLICEMAN. LONDON, November 26. At the inquest of the policeman, Gutteridge, a verdict was returned of murder against a person unknown. The police are of the opinion that he was about to take particulars when shot. BRITAIN’S MOVE. MOSCOW, November 25.
Rykov, in a speech, said the Soviet naturally did not decline negotiations for the resumption of relations with Britain, but Britain took the initiative in the rupture, and therefore must take the initiative for the resumption.
