TRADE RECIPROCITY.
CANADA TExES U.S.A. AGAIN. (Received July 7, 10.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, July 6. Mr Mackenzie King, the Canadian Premier, has arranged for a meeting with Mr Hughes (U.S.A. Secretary) for July 7, at which, it is understood, the matters to be discussed will be the proposed St Lawrence waterway; tariff reciprocity between Canada and U.S.A.; Uustoms questions; and border prohibition enforcement.
