INTER-STATE SERVICE. LONDON, ;July 6. Captain Guest, in the Commons, replying to a question, said h-o had read the reports from Australia that a delay in the manufacture or aeroplanes in England was preventing the starting of tho Inter-State air service, but whatever caused the delay there did not appear any reason for interference by the Air Ministry. ACROSS THE MEDITERRANEAN. ATHENS, July 6. Major Blake left for Egypt to-day.
