WAR FUNDS' ADMINISTRATION

WELLINGTON, December 6. The War Funds Amendment Bill provides that the Supreme Court may establish schemes of administration of war funds and change the purposes of the fund, and make interlocutory orders for the safety of the war funds.
It is also provided that small funds may be transferred to the National War. Funds Council. Restrictions are placed in the sending of war funds out of New Zealand, a- penalty of £100 fine for offences. It is to be the duty of the trustees of war funds to report to the Repatriation Board. Progress was reported in the Expeditionary Force Bill to enable the Returned Soldiers' Association to study the measure before it passed!.
