CAPTURE OF WIDDIN AND RODOMIR.
Belgrade, November 18. Despatches from the army in Bulgaria announce that the division which crossed Timok a few days ago captured Widdin, while the forces operating in the South have taken Rodomir. The division advancing upon Slivnitza met with a check. The Bulgarian troops attacked and captured the Servian's position in that neighborhood after an obstinate resistance.
