SERVIA AND BULGARIA.

(Received November 19, at 11. 40 a.m.) DEFEAT OF THE SERVIANS. Sofia, November 18. Telegrams state that Prince Alexander yesterday carried the Servian positions menacing Slivnitza and forced the invader to retire. (Received November 19, at 10.45 p.m.) SERVIANS DEFEATED WITH HEAVY LOSS. It is estimated that the Servians have sustained a loss of upwards of three thousand killed and wounded in the fighting near Slivnitza. The Bulgarian losses are not yet reported.
