MR ANDREWS ON THE BOTTLE LICENSE.
To the Editor of the Globe. Sib.—How can Mr Andrews, as a Good Templar, reconcile his principles with the fact that on June 21st, in the House of Representatives, he moved, in oommittee on the Licensing Bill, that the words two gallons be omitted, with the view of inserting one bottle. Was this to encourage temperanoe ? Yours, &0., AN ELECTOR.
