NORTH CHRISTCHURCH ELECTION.

To tlie Editor of the Globe. Sib,—l think it would be well the electors should remember that Mr Andrews voted against the public licenses and other fees being given to the municipalities. At present the fees form a very considerable portion of the city funds. Is it not strange the representative of a city like Ohristohurch, which is absolutely without endowment, should aot thus. Is he a fit and proper person to represent us ? Yours, &0., VERITAS.
