Advice was received by the Coromandel County Council, , from the Matamata County Council, that it had been decided to send to Coromandel a number of flies for combating ragwort. These should he liberated in an isolated part of the county, so that they could breed without being disturbed. It was decided to leave the matter to tha dpartmental officers, who, it was stated, would know tin? best place to liberate the flies,
