*3OTES. The Wainui, with southern caigo, arrived at 12.45 this morning from Nap-icr. On completion of discharge and loading, the vessel is to return to Wellington, proceeding thence to -southern ports where -she i,s to load again for Napier -and Gisborne. ’flie Kaimiro, with coal from Newcastle, is en route to Auckland, Gisborne and Gre.vmoul.li. She. should arrive here between July 4 and 6. The Pukeko is due bore from Auckland to-morrow. Tho Alargaret W. is expected tomoiTow from) Auckkiiiul. The Shaw, Savill and Albion Company’s steamer Tairoa is on route from Brisbane to Bluff. where she D due to'-morrow to commence loading for London. The vessel completes at Tiiuaru. Lyttelton, Pioton, Gisborne (July 13), and Wellington. The Pori. Line vessel Port Dunedin dun's- commenced loading -at Auckland She. proceeds later to Opua and then comes to Gisborne to load here on July 6. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s l’iako from Auckland is d u c at Tokonnni Bay to-morrow to load frozen meat and general cargo for London. The Federal Strain Navigation Co. liner Huntingdon is fixed to load ia.t Gisborne about July 20. taking frozen meat and general cargo- for London, Avomnouth, Liverpool, Alunchester, and Glasgow.

The Swedish tanker, Balaklava, 8036 tons, is aground on a reel at Princess Charlotte Bay, 120 miles north of Cooktown. The vessel was bound for Sydney with a full cargo ol oil.
