TRANSFERS TOO FREQUENT SHORTAGE IN TARANAKI «Press Association). NEW PLYMOUTH, June 30. .Frequent transfers <of teachers, especially those in solo-teacher schools werct condemned by the annual conference of the Taranaki School Committees Association, at New Plymouth last night.
