The Japanese freighter Mansei Maru, laden with wheat and wool, was aground for two hours in the channel off Williamstown during a fierce southerly gale ou Friday, and yesterday the vessel was i pleased after a battle, by two tugs. A fishing ketch was dashed tpieces and jetties and foreshores were damaged.
