Racing in connection with the Broad Cup doubles series conducted under the auspices of the Poverty Bay Rowing Club, will commence this evening. Trophies donated by Air A. N. Gandell have been allotted to this event. The distance will be over the threequarter-mile course, from Roebuck road to the club-house. Handicaps have been declared as under : C. Smythe and J.
