Ho asks: “What can you expect
in 15 years?”
“But”, he continues, “I am confident the revolution of 1917 was justified to the hilt as the chief task of the political regime is to put the right people in the right positions. The October revolution laid the foundation for new culture, taking everybody into consideration, and therefore acquiring international significance, whereas the I sarist culture was only a superficial imitation of Western models.”
