Lincoln Ellsworth, the American, explorer, who accompanied Amundsen, on the flight to the North Pole, is here en route to New Y’ork from Gslo. He said ho. is convinced that Amundsen would continue his Arctic exploration. An airship, he eaid, is needed to make the Polar flight. A machine capable of sustained flight was required. The present ’planes were not practical for the attempt. Ellsworth said he hoped to go North again : hewould rather go there than New York.
