DUNEDIN, May G. -\t the Supreme Court the trial of John Hic-hards and Walter Leonard James Cameron, on charges of conspiring to defraud the public and the Gore Pacing Club, by representing the trotter The Dingo to be Kingsda:e, was commenced at noon, the Crown Prosecutor’s address occupying over an hour. There a;e twenty witnesses m the case, which is expected to last over to-morrow.
