NEW AIRSHIPS
BRITAIN’S OFFICIAL EXPERIMENTS. BIGGER, FASTER AND MORE POWERFUL. LONDON, May 2. The Daily Mail says the Cabinet is about to sanction experiments witli an airship of greater size, speed, and power than anything hitherto constructed. The plans include the Air Ministry’s official experiments, coupled with private commercial tests by Commander Burney’s organisation, which will construct a new' giais Mishin for the Anglo-Indian service. The Daily Mail states that the Air Ministry is constructing a big airship station and building a large longrange airship; also recommissioning the wmr type airship for flights" to Egypt ,for the purpose of training crew's. —A. and N.Z.O.A.
