Prince Joachim, tlie ex-Kaiser’s youngest son, committed suicide at Potsdam.—Times. Prince' Joachim was removed to the hospital four hours after the shooting on Saturday night. His wife left him at Christmas.—A. and N.Z.C.A. (Received Julv 19. 8.5 p.m.) BERLIN. July 18.
Prince Joachim had been gambling heavily in Switzerland. Sensational revelations were promised in divorce proceedings which the Princess Maria of Anliault instituted. —A. and N.Z.C.A.

Prince Joachim shot himself in his room at the Villa Liegitiz. The floor was a pool of blood. The attendants first announced that the injuries were due to a motor accident, but later admitted it was a case of suicide. —A. and N.Z.C.A.
[Prince Joachim was the sixtli son of the ex-Kaiser, and was thirty years of age. In 1916 be married Marie Auguste Von Anhalt.)
