JAP GOVERNMENT ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT SIGNED.

Tlie New York Times’ Tokio correspondent states that the Japanese War Office announced nil agreement suspending hostilities in Western Trans-Baikalia was signed on Thursday between the Japanese and Verkhnoudinsk Governments, pending completion of negotiations going on between the Russo-Japanese committees in Siberia.—A. and N.Z.C.A.
