HAMILTON SHOOTING CASE.
BENSON COMMITTED FOR TRIAL [PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.] HAMILTON, May 28. William' Benson was to-day committed for trial for firing a revolver at a youth named Allen. It was admitted by Allen that he visited Benson’s wife at her house two or three times a week regularly during her husband’® absence, and that their relations had been improper.
