DISAPPOINTMENT AT LYTTELTON
H.M.S. NEW ZEALAND LATE. [PBESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM. I CHRISTCHURCH. May 12. Latest advices per wireless from H.AI.S. New Zealand indicate that she will not now arrive in port until 9 a.m. to-morrow. Owing to tho non-arrival of the warship at Lyttelton this morning the arrangements made for to-day will bo merged, as far as possible, with those made for to-morrow. Other minor alterations have been made in tho arrangements, including a postponement of the visit of school children from the schools between Bumham and Ashburton from to-morrow till Saturday. H.M.S. New Zealand is expected t-o arrive at one o’clock to-morrow morning.
