The sutn of X 4168 was pub through the totalisator, making a total of X 9038 for the two day’s races. The following are the results : Stewards’ Handicap.—Kowheto 1, Waireka 2, Mussel 3. Scratched : Asteroid. Won by two lengths. Time 1.32, div. X 5 9s. Hurdles.—Waitohi 1, Vathek 2, Ashleaf 3. All started. Won by two lengths. Time 2.55, div. X 3 11s. Ruahine Welter. —Ziska 1, Baldie 2, Musketoon 3. All started. Won easily. Time 2.4, div. £1 193. Summer Handicap.—Roseplot 1, la 2, Benefactor 3. Scratched : Motor and St. Denis. Won all the way. Time 1.59 3-5, div. £8 18s. Telegraph.—Gold Dust 1, Waireka 2, Lass O’Gowrie 3. All started. Won by a length. Time 1.18, divs. X 6 17s and X’l 18s. Railway Handicap.—Turepo 1, Shackle 2, St. Donis 3. Scratched : Fiold Battery and Shrapnel Shell. Won on the post. Time 1.18 1-5, div. X 7 4s. Scurry.—Waikanuo 1, Rebellious 2, Indiana 3. Scratched : Sea King and Fairwater. Won all the way.
