British Press Allowed Six Pa ges Daily

(11 a.m.) LONDON, April 7. Mr. Harold Wilson. President of the Board of Trade, announced in the House of Commons today that the national daily newspapers will be allowed to have a daily average ol six pages instead of five. There would be corresponding increases for other papers. This will be a second increase in size in little more than four months.

The wartime four-page paper was enlarged to an average of five pages on January 2.
