Amnesty For Young
And Old West Germans (11 a.m.) BERLIN, April 6. The Western Kommandatura in Berlin today ordered a sweeping amnesty of youths, old and disabled people and certain other categories of forme? Nazis in the city. Everyone aged 30 or under or 65 of over and all those who are 50 per cent or more disabled were declared exemput from penalties imposed under the Allied denazification.
