CZECH SPIES IN REFUGEE CAMPS IN U.S. ZONE

A former Czech intelligence agent declared at the spy trial being conducted by a United States military court at Munich that Czechoslovakia posted espionage agents in Czech refugee camps in the United Slates occupation zone of Germany. The witness, Captain Vojtech Jababex, was giving evidence for the prosecution in the trial of eight Europeans charged with having collected United States military information in Germany for a foreign Power. He said that trained Czech _ agents obtained military and economic data on the United States occupation zone and recruited refugees as espionage agents by threats against their families ‘in Czechoslovakia. ’
