MORAL REARMAMENT FORCE FOR PEACE
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Mar. 9. Moral rearmament has the “greatest force in the world today against communism and materialism, said the Mayor of Wellington, Mr. W. Appleton, in opening a meeting last night. Mr. Appleton, who attended meetings of the movement in Lohdon recently, said moral rearmament should commend itself to Christians as providing a workable plan for world peace. The meeting was addressed by a visiting South African police official, Major A. Cillers, who attended a moral rearmament assembly in Melbourne remently, and Dr. Eric Ojala, who attended an international assembly in Switzerland last year.
