With six ships berthed three of them overseas vessels two other overseas ships in the stream waiting for berths, the port of Napier is experiencing one of the busiest periods in its history. Ordered by the Apprenticeship Committee to attend trade-training classes, two apprentices in engineering and painting trades respectively appeared before the Magistrate’s Court in Napier.
