20 YACHTS ENTERED FOR HOBART RACE
SYDNEY, Dec. 13
The latest entry for the SydneyHobart yacht race is the 38ft. sloop C-arola.
There are now 20 yachts in the race which will begin on December 27. Last year’s entry of 29 was a record. The Carola with two other yachts will represent Victoria. Two South Australian entrants, the Nerida and Seevogel, have both arrived at Sydney to prepare for the race. For the trans-Tasman race, to begin on January 29, New Zealand has entered the Seaward from Tauranga, the Miranda from Lyttelton, and the Ghost from Auckland.
