LONDON, Dec. 12,
The Soviet Tass Agency says the Foreign Minister of the Korean Northern Republic has sent telegrams to M. Trygve Lie and Dr. H. V. Evatt, declaring that Northern Korea will not recognise any decision that the United Nations’ General Assembly adopts in connection with Northern Korea unless the Northern Korean delegation is admitted to the discussion.
