(P.A.) AUCKLAND. Dec. 4. The cricket match between the Town and Country ended tamely in a win for Town by an innings and 309 runs. Country followed on and were all out in the second innings for GB. W. Costello being highest scorer with 17. J. Marsden, a left hander, who took three wickets for 10 in the first innings, took four in the second innings for 18.
