MEET AT WAINGAKE j PARKINSON’S CHAMPION Held at Emerald Hills station last week, with Mr. W. Hall judging the heading events and Mr. E. Kyuvard the huntaways, the annual held meet of the Waingake Sheepdog Trials Club proved highly successful, with good entries and a regular attendance ot interested spectators. . The club cup tor the champion dog went to M. Parkinson’s Storm, and the Stoneham Cup for the local champion to G. Hall’s King. Other majot awards were H. R. Shanks Cup, for long lieaa; E. Irving's Mate. Hills Cup, tor short head: E. Rogers Scot. S. K. White Cup, for zig-zag hunlaway: E. Rogers’ Pluto. S. K. White Cup, for local winner of straight C. O'Connor’s Bounce.
