FOUND NOT GUILTY.— After a retirement of 35 minutes the jury in the Wellington Supreme Court yesterday found Percival Oswald Gordon Mills, aged 41, traffic officer, not guilty on a charge of indecent assault upon a female. Mr. Justice Cornish thereupon discharged him.
