WEDDING LUNCH PALACE FESTIVITIES TOAST IN CHAMPAGNE (11 a.m.) LONDON. April 26. The King, Queen and members of '-he Royal Family sat with 70 guests at a silver wedding luncheon in the white and gold State dining room. The menu was an austerity one of three courses, contrasting with the 12course wedding breakfast served in the same room 25 years ago.
