TALKS NOT POSSIBLE
PREMIERS OF DOMINIONS LONDON, March 11. The Prime Minister, Mr. C. R. Attlee, in the House of Commons today declined a suggestion that he should invite the Dominion Prime Ministers to meet and consider “the gravity of the European situation and our present economic and financial difficulties’" Mr Attlee said he recognised the value of such a meeting, but feared that it would not be practicable at present. The Government was in close and constant touch with the Dominion Prime Ministers on these matters.
