CONDITIONS IN RUSSIA (II a.m.) LONDON, March 12. The Under-Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Major C. P. Mayhew,, at a press conference said he had little doubt that if the full facts of the conditions in the Soviet Union were known to workers the Cominform would collapse tomorrow. “The secret of Soviet progaganda lies in keeping Soviet, Russia secret.” he said. “Before criticising the efforts of other countries the Soviet should publish information about Russia in UNO’s bulletin.”
