FOOD FOR BRITAIN TRANS-TASMAN & COASTAL DISPUTE ON WATERFRONT (P.A.) WELLINGTON, March 12. Not only are overseas food ships being held up by the refusal of the waterside workers at Auckland to accept overtime, out the effects are also being felt by local shipping, with a consequent delay in the handling of cargo, according to Statements made in Auckland and Wellington. .. . „. , In Wellington a shipping official said there was also a very serious effect on Mew Zealand arising from similar delays to locally controlled shipping, particularly the trans-Tasman and coastal.
