The Chinese Foreign Minister, Dr. Wang Shih-Chieh, interviewed today, disclosed that China would line up with Russia in-refusing the United States’ invitation to an immediate 11-nation Jaoanese peace conference. Dr- Wang said China'must reject the American plan for the same reason as Russia, namely, that the Big Four veto power was not included.
