The Pukeko carried a substantia] quantity of produce from, this district to Napier on her latest trip. ‘ Produce from Gisborne loaded into the vessel included 944 bales of slipe and scoured wool, 250 casks of tallow, 81 casks of pelts, 118 bags of horn, and 48 cases of foodstuff for Britain.
