TRAFFIC DOMES
ACCIDENT LIABILITY COUNCIL INVESTIGATION If any accidents occurred owing to the traffic domes, the council was under an obligation, said Mr. H. H. DeCosta, at last evening’s meeting of the Gisborne Borough Council. Pie said that in Wellington and all the towns he had visited recently domes had been done away with, as being dangerous. The Mayor, Mr. N. H. Bull, mentioned that in the borough there were some domes which appeared to be dangerous. The domes should not be rooted out haphazardly, on the opinion of one man, said Mr. F. Tolerton. It was moved by Mr. R. Morse, and approved by the council, that the matter should ' be referred to the works committee for consideration.
