MISSING IN ECUADOR
BRITISH AIR OFFICIALS LONDON. Dec. 6. It is anounced in London that a plane carrying Sir Richard Hugh Barlow and Captain O. E. Gates, chief pilot of the Shell Company in Ecuador, are reported missing among the deep canyons in Ecuador. The wreckage of a plane was sighted on a precipice at an altitude of 13.000 ft. The terrain is so difficult that it will be 24 to 36 hours before a search party is able to reach the wreckage. Sir Richard Barlow is the South American manager of Airwm-k, Limited.
