TRAIN SERVICE CUTS
LOCOMOTIVES FREED TRANSPORT OF COAL LONDON. Dec. 6. The Minister of Transport, Mr. A. Barnes, announced that from Monday a number of passenger trains on local and m in lines would be withdrawn to release engines for the movement of coal and other essential freight.
