SYDNEY DOCK DISPUTE . (10 a.m.) SYDNEY. Dec. 6. In another attempt to end the deadlock preventing the reopening of the Sydney dockyards. Judge DrakcBrockman. of the Federal Arbitration Court, yesterday called a compulsory conference of all unions affected and the management of Morts Dock at Melbourne on Saturday.
