“Mulberry Harbour” Display
No itinerary as yet has been arranged for the exhibition of the model of “Mulberry Harbour” which is shortly expected to arrive in New Zealand from England. This information was received at yesterday’s meeting of the Gisborne Harbour Board when a communication from the Harbours Association was road to the members. The model is to be displayed in the main centres and as many of the smaller ports as possible, and the offer (o display it in Gisborne was accepted by the board. The model, which weighs between two and a-half and three tons and covers an area of 2700 square feet, will possibly be displayed in one of file wharf sheds.
